Chicago Bears running back Cedric Benson was arrested early Saturday in Austin, Texas, after failing a sobriety test.

Commentary:
This was Benson's second arrest in little more than a month, with the first coming for intoxicated boating. Benson's attorney indicated that the ex-Texas standout had a few drinks with dinner but didn't believe he was intoxicated.

"Disappointment is too much an often-used word when we're talking about Cedric, and the number one lesson for every player is protect your job," said Bears general manager Jerry Angelo. "So we're all held accountable for our actions."
