Chicago Bears -8 at MINNESOTA VIKINGS

This is a strange game to get a handle on, as it will be played outdoors at the University of Minnesota since the Vikings home stadium had its roof collapse last week. On top of that, not only is Brett Favre out, but backup QB Tavaris Jackson is also out so Minnesota will give rookie QB Joe Webb his first start. The Bears need this win to solidify their hold on the NFC North division lead and the Vikings season has been over for almost two months. Giving this many points on the road in a divisional matchup on a Monday night is a dangerous prospect, no matter the weather conditions or the starting QB. But I think the Bears smell blood and should be able to make life miserable for an overmatched rookie quarterback who was drafted in the 6th round and projected to switch to WR. Bet Chicago -8.
