Dear Ralph. Are you just dumb? Seriously, I need to know...what the heck are you thinking? Do you have any inkling of what it takes to be a winner? Do you not want to win? Is winning making money? Because Ralph...you got lots of people under you that think winning iis making money? Lots and lots.

Ralph, the reason I am writing is simple. You give me 100K a year plus medical for life and I'll get you to a Superbowl in 5 years. 5. Ralph, listen, these games you play...supposedly to win...are nothing more than people going up against other people. Coordinators up against other coordinators, players against players, coaches against coaches, owners against owners...all of them..people. And Ralph, understand this...your people are not winners. Your people may have character, they may be polite, they be lots and lots of good things...but Ralph..they are not winners. And Ralph, I am only left to believe it's because you don't know what one looks like. What one sounds like. Because you keep hiring these hoodwinks. Guys with lines that sound just so so good to your ears. They'll make you money, and they'll make them money, but win? No. It's been proven Ralph. It's very very simple...YOU HAVE THE WRONG PEOPLE. Ralph...it's a trait, to be able smell b.s...It's the trait of a winner. When they listen to people they hear winner or loser. Ralph, don't mistake this for character. Dick Jauron is one hell of a man...that has no comprehension of what a winning football player sounds like. He mentions Marshawn Lynch. Ralph, why...just why should I believe a word he says? Because just how has he proven himself a winner? Ralph, it's very very simple. Winners don't use tricks Ralph. They just come at you and beat you...fair and square. Ralph, give me 5 years. And here's what I'll do. I will weed out the big talkers from your locker room. I will weed out the guys that aren't winners. Guys who played College ball at Troy State. Ralph...do you understand that if a guy played at Troy State..that means something. Winning is way more than speed Ralph. What I'll do for you is draft you two tackles and a defensive end, and three new linebackers. Then I'll draft you a QB. And every one of the picks I make will be better than everyone of the Free Agents I sign. Because Ralph..I will know the guys I pick will be better than the guys I don't pick. It's not difficult Ralph. You just have to know what a sheister looks like. And Ralph...I'll do it for you. But I won't call you Mr. Wilson, because Ralph...you aint there yet. It's people against people and you got the WRONG ONES. Give me 100K. it's all a winner really needs, and medical. Open your eyes man.
