First let me say that what a pleasure it is to be going into next weekend with the Bills victorious. Who cares if the Bills gave up 300+ yards rushing or needed 6 interceptions to win in OT--- just savor the victory!

As we have been calling for Jauron’s and the coaching staff’s collective heads and proceed with the continual Ralph Wilson beat down, let’s go to where the main problems lie. Ralph has hired John Guy and Tom Modrak to be the Bills talent evaluators whether it’s in free agency or thru the draft. Brandon is a marketing guru, that’s his strength and that is where he needs to be. Johnny & Tommy need to be held accountable for the state the Bills are in now. I wonder if they look in the mirror and say “What a wonderful job I’m doing” or “I’m so F#*king lucky to have the job that I have”. What a tough way to run a NFL team, a marketing guru as GM and have two football people controlling personnel totally suck at what they do!

We can only blame the players and coaches so much. In fact I’m not blaming the players for the most part they are playing hard and giving everything that they’ve got. The problem is they just don’t have enough to give. The current coaching staff is running out dated schemes on both sides of the ball --The Tampa 2---please!! The Bills version has never taken off. The Bills consistently play musical chairs with OC’s---they go from a complicated play book to a simplified play book both with the same results---“dreadful”!! Before DJ gets pin pointed, the Bills have had four Head Coaches since 2000—Phillips, Williams, Mularky and Jauron.

The common denominator (Besides Ralph) is Johnny & Tommy the two most responsible for securing talent and the two most blatant failures at doing their jobs. A house cleaning is in order but it won’t be easy or cheap. Holmgren, Cowher, Shanahan, Gruden and even Shotty have been mentioned as possible coaching candidates or GM’s. Why not go after some of the successful teams’ assistants such as DeCosta or Vince Newsome of the Ravens, Ross of the Giants, and Wahley of the Steelers (just to name a few). The Bills need someone to change the culture of the team just as Polian did when he was promoted. It has to be done before the fans start becoming so disinterested in the team that they don’t show up or worst they stop caring!!!!

To Ralph this is a plea “ The Future is Now” not only for you but for us and the future of The Buffalo Bills!!!
