We've had competent people behind the wheel but unreal expectations from the fan base and front office. It's alright to suck for a couple of seasons, it should turn around in 3 to 4 years. What's not alright is to ax these coaches for every 2 seasons and bringing a new system on both sides of the ball and expecting a different result.

Take a look at Cincinnati, I've been loving these guys this year! They are deep with young talented and big name college players, I remember the production of almost everyone on their starting lineup. Rey Maleuga, Reggie Nelson, Jermaine Gresham, A.J. Green, Andy Dalton, A. Whitworth, Andre Smith, Ced Benson, Nate Clements, Pac Man Jones... you get the picture.

They've stock piled talent, are in every game because of it and most important they've stuck with Marvin Lewis for whatever reason this whole time. Personally I thought he should have been gone either this past offseason or the one prior. Now look he has a promising offense perfectly suited for the West Coast offense they run under Jay Gruden and have an extra #1 pick and a 2nd rounder in the upcoming draft from getting rid of Carson Palmer. Carson was a real bitch in my opinion. They also got rid of Chad Ochocinco and forgot about him by October thanks to Adriel Jerimiah Green.

With a clear message and willing soldiers in the locker room, there was no dissent only coaches coaching and players executing.

Back to Buffalo, we have a good secondary, we need more of a pass rush. We have a good offensive line and running game, we need better receivers and a QB that doesn't have limitations on his throws. I mean a 10 million dollar QB should be able to throw deep and look in front of his 3 throws he goes to.

My suggestion trade Fitzpatrick to the NYJ for Santonio Holmes and lets find a way to get Robert Griffin III, shoot I want to cheer for a player that does the same things as Cam Newton.

So lets not fire Chan Gailey, George Edwards or Buddy Nix! Stockpile, build and reap the benefits in 2 years. It's the only way!

By the way Bill Polian just got fired, lets welcome him home and let him lead the way back to a Pro Bowl laden roster that goes to the playoffs every year.

Colts are idiots, Polian was probably the only smart person in the organization that doesn't want to draft Andrew Luck (not as good as everyone thinks). Say hello to the cellar Indianapolis!!
