Travis Henry told the Associated Press, "I'm definitely not going back to Buffalo..." Henry was a starter during his first 3 seasons with the Buffalo Bills and has 1 year left on his contract.

The native of Frostproof, Florida had back to back 1,300 yard seasons in 2002-2003 before losing the job to Willis McGahee in 2004. He is unwilling to spend another year as McGahee's backup. Henry finished the year with 326 yards rushing after missing the last 5 games with torn ankle ligaments.

The Bills granted Henry permission in January to speak to other teams about a potential trade. Henry said the Arizona Cardinals have offered a trade for starting left tackle LJ Shelton straight-up.

Bills president Tom Donahoe addressed the Henry trade issue in a question and answer session on Buffalo's web site last week. Donahoe expressed that the team is seeking fair market value in return for Henry.

Henry doesn't understand why Buffalo hasn't accepted the offer, adding he's willing to play for the Cardinals. The 2001 secound round pick from the University of Tennessee believes the Shelton trade would help both teams. The Bills lost 3 offensive linemen to free agency earlier this month.
