The Buffalo Bills are seeking to hire a Coordinator of Marketing, within their sales and marketing department.

JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with Marketing Communications department on projects including:
Season Ticket Newsletter
Outside promotional events
Special promotions
Database management
Web site advertisement management
Displaced fan initiative
Membership oriented programs

2. Work with Marketing Operations department on projects including:
Game day management and organization
Staff training
ABI system management
Credential system
Training Camp

3. Oversee all aspects of the Buffalo Bills Game Day Experience including:
Event logistics and operations such as layout design Staff management
Set up and tear down of event
Updating and maintenance of equipment
Post game reporting and follow up

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Minimum of one year experience working in a professional business setting
Prior marketing, facility, or event management experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a high pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal, written and phone communication skills
