Bills acquire Greg Jerman

The Buffalo Bills signed offensive lineman Greg Jerman. The free agent had been released by the Miami Dolphins earlier this offseason.

Jerman is the latest player acquired to shore up an offensive line unit that lost 3 members to free agency. The Bills did sign Bennie Anderson last month to start at left guard.

Most of Jerman's playing time has come at guard in short yardage situations. The 6'5", 310 pound lineman saw action in only 1 game last season.

Jerman spent the last three seasons with Miami, where he played in 11 games. He signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Baylor in 2002.
