Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Roscoe Parrish has undergone surgery on his injured right wrist. The team has not released any details on the exact nature of the injury or the timetable for recovery, but what is known is that Parrish injured the wrist after landing awkwardly while trying to make a diving catch.

Roscoe Parrish was expected to deliver immediate returns for the Buffalo Bills as a kick returner and punt returner. He was also excelling as pass catcher during camp and was battling veteran Josh Reed for the #3 receiver position.

The Bills are hopeful that Parrish will be able to return sometime during regular season.
