Everett High (Everett, Mass.) cornerback Jim Noel committed to Jeff Jagodzinski’s Boston College Eagles on Thursday for the ’09 class.

Rivals rates the 6-foot-2, 180-pounder a three-star prospect; he chose Chestnut Hill over UConn, Maryland, Rutgers and Syracuse. Jeff Comissiong and Frank Spaziani are credited as the primaries.

COMMENTARY: The second commitment for BC for the month of June, Noel is the third overall commitment for the class. No offensive players have committed to the Eagles yet.
