Mike Shanahan won't stand for consecutive seasons of ineptitude.

The Denver Broncos' head coach says he's embarrassed with the lack of production in 2006 and is committed to remedying the situation immediately. Shanahan, who is known as an offensive mastermind, has fielded some of the league's most productive offenses over the past decade.
