Last month, 13-year veteran defensive tackle Sam Adams was released by the Cincinnati Bengals. Adams found a new place to call home when he signed a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos on Monday. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Commentary: Adams used to be the NFL's top run-stopping tackle. At age 33, Adams is a shell of his former self, but he should still help bolster Denver's rush defense.

Fantasy impact: The addition of Adams will have little impact because he will generate few turnovers. Besides, everyone knows that fantasy defense is not a relatively high priority.
