Denver Broncos rookie running back Maurice Clarett went in for an MRI on his injured right groin. He has been nursing various injuries since joining the Broncos after being drafted in the third round of this year's NFL draft.

As of now, Maurice Clarett is currently fifth on the Denver Broncos depth chart behind Mike Anderson, Tatum Bell, Quentin Griffin and Ron Dayne. His injury woes are not going to help him move up that depth chart anytime soon. Clarett has been dealing with a sore groin for the past few practices, so the team has decided to send him in for a precautionary MRI.
