Only hours after finishing up a deal to keep Derek Anderson as the quarterback in Cleveland, the Browns signed free-agent receiver Donte' Stallworth to a seven-year contract.

In one season with the Patriots, Stallworth had 46 receptions for 697 yards and three touchdowns. The six-year veteran was drafted by the New Orleans Saints, was traded to Philadelphia before the 2006 season, then signed with New England for a year.

Commentary: Stallworth goes from one pass-happy team to another. He'll be the No. 3 target in Cleveland just as he was in New England, with Kellen Winslow and Braylon Winslow catching most of the passes.

Fantasy Football Impact: Stallworth will be a plug-and-play, bye week receiver. He might have one or two games where he goes for 100-plus yards and a touchdown.
