In wake of the release of cornerback Kenny Wright, Cleveland signed CB Jereme Perry, who was with the team in 2006.

He left Cleveland for Miami after appearing in 12 games, registering 16 tackles. Perry played in four games for the Dolphins. Wright was released earlier this offseason after criminal charges were filed against him in Texas.

Commentary: Perry won't start in Cleveland, but his familiarity with the franchise and the defense will be beneficial in a young Browns secondary that has lost both Wright and CB Leigh Bodden this offseason.

Fantasy Impact: None
