The team seeks an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to our Director of Ticket Operations. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
A) Maintaining all office files, including customer files and contracts
B) Responding to internal and external inquiries, including customer service issues, as directed C) Coordinating and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
D) Oversee the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment
E) Preparing agenda, materials, and presentations for staff and business meetings
F) Receiving and screening incoming mail, calls, faxes, email and visitors, prioritizing and summarizing details, where appropriate
H) Other related duties as required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE and ABILITIES: The ideal candidate MUST be detail-oriented and will have at least 3 years of business experience providing administrative and customer service support. He/she must be a solid team player with strong computer and customer service skills, excellent organizational and administrative skills and a strong working knowledge of the MS Office package; especially MS Word and MS Excel, the Internet, and other windows based software programs. He/she must have the ability to receive directions and requests from multiple sources and effectively prioritize, work well under pressure with tight timelines and liaise professionally with high-profile clientele and officials. The prospective candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively handle stressful individuals and situations in a positive and professional manner. The selected candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work evenings, weekends, game-days, and holidays as require.
