Rookies in the NFL get their first chance to show how tough they are by going against their teammates.

Buccaneers rookies Aqib Talib and Cory Boyd got an early start on beating up on their teammates by supposedly getting in a brawl at the rookie symposium Wednesday.

Talib was the team's first-round pick, and Boyd was taken in the seventh. Pro Football Talk quotes a source saying "Talib and Boyd had been jawing at each other for a while" and things spilled over during a budget and finance meeting.

The Official Bulletin Board of the Buccaneers picked up quickly to this breaking news, and fans are already weighing in on the matter.

Some are even fighting among themselves. One poster's comment drew a 60-day suspension from a moderator.

The biggest question posed by the forum was: Who won? One poster took the seventh-rounder.

"My money is on Boyd winning, but I think it would be cool if Talib took on a big guy like him. I like the fight shows a little passion, just better not be stupid as well."

The question turns to how this will affect the contract negotiations for each player. A poster thinks the incident will cost Talib a lot of money, and it will might end Boyd's Bucs career early.

"Talib just lost a lot of money and sped up his signing process. Boyd should be losing his thin chance at making an NFL squad."
