It wasn't as pretty as his output in the first three weeks, but Philip Rivers showed Sunday that he has the moxie to roll with the punches. Rivers threw for 180 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions in his team's 28-18 win over Oakland. Rivers' stats weren't pretty, but he and the Bolts found a way to battle adversity and climb to 2-2.

Commentary: Sunday's poor statistical showing was a rarity for Rivers, who already has 10 TD passes and 1,000-plus aerial yards this season.

"We just kept fighting. It wasn't our prettiest win, but our defense gave us a chance. There was no panic," Rivers said after the game.

Fan Pulse: Chargers fans value Rivers more than almost any QB in the league, with some even thinking that Rivers has more upside than Tom Brady and Peyton Manning: http://www.realfootball365.com/.

Fantasy Football Commentary:
If you were one of the guys or girls who took Rivers in the 10th round for giggles, then consider yourself lucky. Rivers is among the NFL's most prolific QBs; don't expect that to change.

Injury Watch: The fuss made over LaDainian Tomlinson's turf toe was a bit premature. L.T. was bottled up for most of the day and still finished with 106 yards rushing and two TDs versus the Raiders.
