The San Diego Chargers seek to hire an executive assistant for their marketing department. Responsibilities include:

Corporate Partnerships
- Manage contract process with corporate sales managers
- Track contracts and sponsor payments.
- Organize yearly road trip for sponsors/suiteholders. This includes creating invitations, finding and organizing flights and hotels and generally overseeing all aspects up to and including the actual trip
- Manage Super Bowl fulfillment for Partnership Group
- Maintain file on all active contracts
- Coordinate any special existing partnership or sales prospect function

Game Day
- Coordinate marketing partnership suite(s). This includes developing guest list, sending out tickets, ordering catering and staffing plans.
- During the game, work with Director of Marketing & Special Events in the production booth to ensure all gameday sponsor elements are fulfilled.
- During the game, act as liaison between Director of Marketing & Special Events and on-field promotion staff.
- Assist as needed with various game day sponsorship requirements

Administrative
- Answer & screen calls for Senior Marketing Personnel
- Coordinate Travel for Senior Marketing Personnel

Data Entry
- General Office - faxing, filing, setting up meetings, mailings
- Keep schedule for VP/CMO

Other
- Keep track of invites/guest lists for all special events initiated by Marketing Department
- Process all ticket requests for marketing department

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years administrative/marketing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a high pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and phone communication skills
