Going from your old team, in this case the Lions, to a new team is not as easy as just switching jerseys. Nor was it about going from a losing team to a winner, let’s face it the Chiefs were 2-14 last year. It is sorta like my team needing to re-build, so do I, I need to get the passion of football back.

Learning all the players, coaches and the team will be interesting this year and I am looking forward to this journey. I have no expectations for this year other than the fun it will be to root for them. The Chiefs have a rich history filled with traditions unlike the 0-16'ers who are steeped in their William Clay Ford traditions.

I am being realistic about any chances for a division title or anything past the regular season. Now that Gonzalez was dealt to Atlanta I had no other Chiefs I would even want to draft this year in Fantasy Football but that is a story for another day.
