The Kansas City Chiefs and wide receiver Marc Boerigter agreed to a 1 year deal. The restricted free agent is best known for tying the NFL record for the longest reception when he caught a 99 yard touchdown against San Diego in 2002.

The 6'3", 220 lbs. receiver missed all of 2004 after tearing a right knee ligament in preseason.

Boerigter is entering his fourth season with the Chiefs. The Hastings product has recorded 31 catches for 578 yards and 8 TDs in 31 games over his career.
