Former Clemson Tigers quarterback Tribble Reese announced Tuesday he is transferring to Charleston Southern.

After earning a marketing degree from Clemson, the 6-foot-4 Reese left the team after 11 career passes, playing behind Cullen Harper and Will Proctor.

COMMENTARY: The move is a smart one by Reese because there was very little chance of him getting playing time behind Cullen Harper and emerging star Willy Korn.
