Jeremy Maclin set the tone for the Tigers' scoring onslaught by returning a kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter as 5th-ranked Missouri rolled by Kansas State, 49-32, in Manhattan. It was the Tigers' first win at Kansas State in 18 years.

Maclin also scored two touchdown catches and has earned over 2,200 all-purpose yards this season. Missouri's dark horse Heisman candidate Chase Daniel threw for 284 yards and a total of four touchdowns in the decisive win.

Commentary: Missouri took care of business Saturday with its win over the Wildcats, but next week will be the big showdown with unbeaten, 3rd-ranked Kansas at Arrowhead Stadium where the winner will win the Big XII North title and go on to face what currently appears to be Oklahoma in the conference title game. And the winner of the Big XII title game will be a top candidate in the BCS title game.
