Kansas smashed Iowa State, 45-7, in Lawrence today behind Todd Reesing's stellar passing.

Reesing tossed 4 TD passes (21 for 26, 254 yards) and was interception-free, completing nineteen of his first twenty attempts. The win pushes the Jayhawks to 11-0 for the first time in school history, setting up their Big 12 North Division showdown against Missouri on November 24 in Kansas City.

Commentary: The Kansas - Missouri rivalry dates back to 1891, with the Jayhawks leading the series 54-52, with 9 ties. The teams have never met when both were ranked in the top 5 in the nation. With Oklahoma's loss to Texas Tech, it's too bad the Big 12 conference championship can't be decided with the Kansas - Mizzou game.
