If you were to ask me 3 weeks ago who would win the Clemson v Florida St. game, I would definitely say the Tigers in a slaughterfest. But since Florida St. has won two impressive games in a row (NC, and NC State), I have to say that I'm scared to death about this matchup tomorrow night. I know in the last 6 or 7 years that the Tigers had figure out Florida St. but to be honest Florida St. has played in the last two weeks like Coach Bowden had lit a fire in his player's asses.

The reason this game is televised on ESPN tomorrow night instead on ABC at 3:30, or ESPN U is the implication of this matchup; the winner will have a shot at winning the Atlantic Title, and go to Tampa for the ACC Title. The winner of the ACC title game will go to the Orange Bowl, so this game is very important for both teams.

With De'Quan Bowers out for this game, the Tiger's defense have to play like sharks sees blood in the water, and there is blood in the water with the Seminoles quarterback playing with bad ribs. I heard on the radio yesterday from Walt Deptula that If the Tigers go after the quarterback, and go for the ribs, then Clemson should win this game hands down. I agree with that assessment because If that quarterback goes out, then the second stringer will have to come in, and will end up playing like a deer in the headlights mode.

Here's the bottom line; For the Tigers to win: First their defense have to stop the aerial attack and grounded the quarterback. Second CJ Spiller has to play at running back for more than one half; for a game like this, keeping him on the sidelines isn't going to help; CJ has to have a game of his life, pound the Seminoles defensive line to a bloody pulp so then he'll be the talk for the Heisman. And third Kyle Parker has to have a mistake free game; incompletions are okay, not much you can do about that, but If he throws an interception, that mistake will comeback and haunt the Tigers.

Florida State has to keep playing like they have in the last two games to prove they're no fluke. Florida State quarterback has to avoid the sacks, run when he can, and If his offensive line has to protect him at all cost.

This game should go down as "Game of the Week" as far as I'm concerned because the winner will have destiny in their hands.
