The Arizona Wildcats will visit the Utah Utes tonight. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 PM.

Although the Utah Utes lost quarterback Alex Smith to the NFL, the Utes won boast a solid veteran defense. Several leaders return including defensive tackle Steve Fifita, linebacker Spencer Toone and strong safety Eric Weddle. The Utes have a big physical advantage on both the offensive and defensive line. The size mismatch in the trenches may prove to be the deciding factor.

Former Oklahoma defensive coordinator Mike Stoops and the Arizona Wildcats are eager to improve on last year's 3-8 record. Stoops expects to see great things out of his offense. The Wildcats averaged 14.9 points per game in 2004. Guys like RB Mike Bell, a Doak Walker candidate, rushed for 950 yards last season and is expected to have a breakout season this time around.

Utah is slightly favored in this game. The point spread is currently set at 7.
