In a Big 12 Conference showdown, the Baylor Bears travel to College Station to take on the Texas A&M Aggies. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30 PM EST.

The surprisingly undefeated Baylor Bears face their first true test on the year as they open Big 12 play against Texas A&M. They achieved their biggest victory in years against the Aggies last season, stunning them 35-34 in overtime. Head coach Guy Moriss has his team off to their best start in nearly a decade after defeating Army two weeks ago, 20-10. In that game, quarterback Shawn Bell threw for 205 yards with one touchdown but was also intercepted twice. Paul Mosley chipped in with 77 yards rushing on 16 carries as the Bears earned the hard fought win at West Point.

For the Texas A&M Aggies, after falling in the opener to Clemson on a last second field goal, they have reeled off two straight wins led by Heisman candidate quarterback Reggie McNeal. He has had huge outing in both of those wins, tossing for 666 yards and seven scores. While the offense has been clicking on all cylinders, head coach Dennis Franchione was troubled by the effort of his defense last week. Even though they beat Texas State, he was displeased that his stop unit allowed 31 points to a Division 1-AA squad. Losing to Baylor last year just about ruined an otherwise impressive season, and they will be out for revenge on Saturday afternoon.
