Marcus Vick continues to dig a deeper and deeper hole for himself. He got in trouble with the law yet again, this time for pulling a gun during an altercation outside a McDonalds in Suffolk, Virginia.

Vick was charged with three misdemeanor counts of brandishing a firearm. If convicted on all three counts Marcus Vick could face up to 3 years in prison. Now that his college football career is over, the last thing that Vick needs to be doing is getting arrested. These types of incidents will only hurt his already weak draft status.

SEVERAL BIG NAME DEFENDERS JUMP TO THE NFL

Three marquee players from major division 1 programs have announced that they plan to forego their senior seasons and head for the NFL.

LB Kai Parham, a teammate of Marcus Vick at Virginia Tech, will test the NFL waters. All-American linebacker Ernie Sims will also leave early. The FSU standout publicly admitted he did not want to risk suffering an injury in his final season of eligibility. Lastly, Ohio State cornerback Ashton Youboty will also make the jump to the NFL.
