Marvin Harrison’s agent, Tom Condon, said Friday that his client is not being investigated by the police regarding a Philadelphia shooting that took place on Tuesday.

Commentary: "I've spoken with Marvin and I've spoken with his attorney,” said Condon. “And they say the reports are erroneous. Marvin was not involved in any shooting, and he is not the subject of this investigation."

Lt. Frank Vanore of the Philadelphia Police indicated that Harrison was interviewed concerning the incident, but concurred with Condon’s assessment, at least for now.

“Why he was interviewed, that is all part of the investigation,” said Vanore. “No one is a suspect.”

The unspoken words? No one is a suspect right now. Regardless, the fact that sources indicate Harrison was involved in a fistfight on Tuesday represents a major change in behavior for the Colts receiver in and of itself.
