-Jason Fabini is working with the second team offensive line at right tackle in favor of Rob Pettiti during the first few days of Dallas Cowboys minicamp. I guess a $1.75 million dollar signing bonus doesn't buy what it used to.

-Referring to his missed big kicks, Mike Vanderjagt had this to say: "Michael Jordan missed game-winning jump shots, Tiger Woods missed putts. Does that mean they're not as good as you think they are? I'm the best kicker in the history of the game regardless of whether I missed a big kick or not, and that's the way I look at it." Now there's a man who really doesn't think much of himself, huh?

-At first, Terrell Owens who made his first appearance at Dallas Cowboys mini-camp came across very humbly: "I'm here with a great coach, a great team, a great owner. I'm looking forward to the opportunity that I can make to help this team win. That's why they brought me in here. You kind of grow and learn from your mistakes and I think I've done that. I've had a long time to sit back and think about a lot of things that have transpired over the last year or so. So I'm taking a different approach." But then Owens added ", I am who I am and I can't allow people to change who I am. I think I've been successful on the football field being who I am so I don't care..." Sounds like the same old approach to me.

-Bill Parcells had this to say about Drew Henson's recent performance in Europe: "I can't say he made a lot of progress. I think the experience was good for him and playing in the games was good for him but I was hoping for just a little bit more." Boy, Henson must go to bed at night laughing his butt off. He signed two huge contracts in two different sports and has been an utter failure at both. What next? The Mavericks sign him as the eventual replacement for Dirk Nowitzki?
