Dallas safety Roy Williams has appealed his one-game suspension for his horse-collar tackle of Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb. It was his third horse-collar tackle of the season, which prompted the NFL to sit him down. Williams' appeal will be heard Wednesday, so he was able to practice with the Cowboys ahead of their Saturday game against Carolina.

Commentary: Don't expect Williams to have much of a shot getting this one overturned. He's the biggest reason the league put the rule in place to begin with. Dallas will likely have to play without him this weekend.

Fantasy Football Impact: Dallas' defense is one of the best in fantasy with 38 sacks and 267 points allowed, but Williams' absence shouldn't make that crumble, especially this week against Carolina.
