Looks like another Wanndstedt player may be on his way out. Morlon Greenwood, a three year starter at outside linebacker may not be resigned. Greenwood, a native of Jamaica who played his college ball at Syracuse and has been a starter for the Miami Dolphins since he came in as a rookie three seasons ago will become an unrestricted free agent in a few days.

The Dolphins are not expected to re-sign Greenwood after being told by his agent Harold Lewis that ''they will not be able to afford him.'' Morlon was not exactly a high profile player on the Dolphins defense. He was a starter, but only played in 40-50 of all defensive snaps because he was the first to go when the team went into their favored nickel and dime formations. Greenwood was one of the most solid tacklers on the team and was superb against the run. His lack of playmaking ability (sacks, fumbles, and interceptions) made a lot of fans question his ability to be legitimate starter in this league. He was able to showcase his ability when stepping in to the starting middle linebacker spot each time that Zach Thomas came out of the lineup due to injury, often collecting double-digit tackles in the process.
