The key to victory for the Miami Dolphins will revolve around running game. They must find a way to stop the Broncos solid rushing attack and they must figure out a way to run the ball effectively on offense.

As far as the Broncos are concerned, it doesn't really much matter who lines up in the backfield, their overpowering offensive line makes any and all running backs look like Pro Bowlers. I don't expect the Miami Dolphins to completely shut down the running game, but I would like to see them stifle it enough to put the Broncos in third and long situations. If that happens, the Dolphins will likely cash in with a handful of sacks and some key turnovers.

On the flipside, the Dolphins running corps need to find a rhythm early and exploit the "Cleveland Browns draft pick bust reunion", also known as the Denver Broncos revamped defensive line. Miami fans already know that Gus Frerotte cannot be expected to carry the offense with his arm. That means that Ronnie Brown will be asked to protect the football, avoid Denver's head hunting linebackers, and otherwise lead the Dolphins' offense to the promised land. After all, that's what the $20 million dollars were for right?

If the Miami Dolphins can accomplish either of these related tasks and win the turnover battle, they have a chance to steal this game at home. A touchdown pass or two wouldn't hurt either.
