Travis Daniels may not officially be a Miami Dolphins starter, but he is getting significant playing time and he is making "starter" caliber plays.

He was called upon to cover the tall and extremely fast Ashley Lelie on Sunday. Well for starters, he came down with his first NFL interception. He also had several impressive pass defenses. However, the best way to judge his day would be to look at Ashley Lelie's performance. Lelie, who is one of the most explosive receivers in the league (though inconsistent at times), ended the day with just two receptions for a measly 17 yards.

It's not every day that you can find a tall, athletic, and intelligent cornerback in the fourth round of the NFL draft. Coach Nick Saban had to look no further than his LSU roster to find one that would be a perfect fit for the Miami Dolphins and a likely starter for years to come.
