After winning one game last season, there is no doubt that the 2008 Miami Dolphins -- who are 2-2 -- have exceeded expectations thus far. Head coach Tony Sparano has Miami believing in itself to the point where it has taken back-to-back decisions over longtime AFC juggernauts New England and San Diego. However, the Dolphins might want to slow their stride now that Super Bowl talk has begun.

Commentary: Guard Justin Smiley commented on the goals Miami is setting now that it has strung together a couple victories.

"With us it's not just about 'Hey let's see if we can win eight games this year," Smiley said. 'We're saying, 'Hey, let's play in the Super Bowl.' That's what I'm talking about after seeing what we're capable of doing."

With games left against the Texans, Raiders, Rams and Chiefs, there could be reason to discuss playoff talk. But the Super Bowl? This is the same team that lost by 31 against the Arizona Cardinals three weeks ago. Nobody will criticize the Dolphins for optimism, but let's be realistic: A team that won one game last year is not going to complete the greatest single-season turnaround of all time. Furthermore, the Dolphins haven't played against a truly great team yet this season. Lucky for them, they won't see the likes of the Giants or Redskins at all in the regular season.

Fan Pulse: Flipper fanatics think Sunday's win versus the Chargers could be the beginning of a "winning tradition that will last a long time." http://www.phins.com/phorum/read.php?3,6275

Fantasy Football Commentary: Now might be a good time to trade for Ronnie Brown. Before he went down with a knee injury in 2007, Brown was the top fantasy running back. This season, the former Auburn Tiger has 350 all-purpose yards and six touchdowns.

Injury Watch: No key Dolphins are injured right now. Things are looking sunny in Miami.
