Ladies and gentlemen, we have a Ted Ginn Jr. sighting. The 2007 first-round pick has been ripped, along with the team for picking him so early, and he seemed to be headed down the road to the Bust Hall of Shame. But Ginn Jr. saved some face in a great game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, catching seven passes for 175 yards in a 25-16 upset.

Commentary: Ginn has yet to become the deep threat that some thought he could be. But when he is used effectively, he can break out.
