Expect to see Miami Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown post some big numbers on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. The beleaguered Bills defense, which is ranked 31st in the NFL against the run and is without Pro Bowl linebacker Takeo Spikes, just lost another key cog in their defensive front.

Defensive tackle Ron Edwards will sit out the game due to a shoulder injury that he suffered last week against the New Orleans Saints. It is unclear if the injury will require surgery.

Ronnie Brown is well rested and should have no trouble carving up a Bills defensive front that is allowing 172.8 rushing yards per game.

Meanwhile, the Miami Dolphins have some injury troubles of their own. Junior Seau was held out of practice on Wednesday. He is still nursing a calf injury and may not be available for this weekend's game. If he cannot play, Donnie Spragans will take his place.
