While the marquee will call out names like Manning, Wayne, Pennington, Brown, Taylor, and Porter, the reality is that Miami's Monday Night matchup against the Indianapolis Colts will be decided in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

Offensively, Jake Long and company will need do two things well:
-Open up holes for Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams against a fairly undersized Colts defensive front
-Prevent Dwight Freeney, Robert Mathis and company from putting consistent pressure on Chad Pennington, so that he can return to his efficient, interception-free form

Defensively, guys like Phillip Merling and Channing Crowder will need to continue disrupting the run game, the way they did a week ago against a much more formidable Atlanta running game, and they will also need to find ways to disrupt Peyton Manning's passing rhythm. Manning is going to connect with Wayne from time to time and will likely get his fair share of yardage and touchdowns. However, if they can keep Peyton's passing damage to a minimum while establishing a clock-controlling offensive attack the Miami Dolphins should come away with an impressive home victory under the lights of Landshark stadium.
