According to published reports, the Miami Dolphins have re-signed running back Travis Minor to a 1 year deal.

In 2004, Minor had 110 carries for 395 yards (3.6 yards per carry) and 3 TDs in 11 games behind a poor offensive line that tied for the league's lowest average last season (3.5 ypc). He had 13 receptions for 75 yards as well. Minor did not return any kicks in '04.

The fourth year pro has been a backup RB and special teams ace for the Dolphins. The former Florida State Seminole has carried the ball 253 times for 1042 yards and 8 TDs. He also caught 46 passes for 351 yards and 1 TD.

The 5'10", 205 lbs. native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana enters an uncertain backfield for Miami in 2005.
