Larry "I can bench 600 pounds" Chester is apparently well on his way to getting back in the lineup on Sundays. The bulky defensive tackle, who along with Tim Bowens anchored a staunch run defense two seasons ago, is running again and says that he feels great.

Larry Chester underwent surgery to repair torn ligaments in his knee last September, and though he admits that he has gained some weight during his recovery, he is looking forward to taking the field for the Miami Dolphins this season.

Chester was quoted as saying that he hopes to be ready for training camp in July. The Dolphins definitely need one, if not both, of their big boys up front to be healthy in order to field a legitimate run defense this upcoming season. It would be nice to see Larry Chester and Tim Bowens plugging up the line of scrimmage with ease, the way they did just two years ago.
