The Miami Heat's Shaquille O'Neal has turned to the Miami Dolphins for help with healing up the bothersome thigh bruise he suffered back in late April. Shaq turned up at the Miami Dolphins' training facility on Tuesday to receive treatment for his deep tissue bruise.

It makes sense for O'Neal to drive up to Davie and work with the Miami Dolphins medical staff. Deep thigh bruises are more common in football than they are in basketball. The Miami Heat is happy to have their NFL counterparts assist with the treatment for their franchise center. Shaq has had trouble healing up from this injury, which occurred just over a month ago when he collided with Indiana Pacers power forward Jermaine O'Neal.

When asked about Shaquille O'Neal, Dolphins coach Nick Saban joked that they could probably use him at tight end.
