Ricky Williams has given yet another strong indication that he plans to return to the Miami Dolphins. The former habitual weed smoker has formerly requested to be reinstated into the NFL's drug testing program. Months ago, he claimed to have quit smoking marijuana because it intefered with his spiritual goals.

Once he is reinstated, Ricky Williams will be required to submit to random drug testing up to 10 times per month. However, he cannot rejoin the team on the practice field until after July 28th. The reason? Because that is the one year anniversary of his retirement. If he were to return before that date he would be forced to serve one year suspension. By returning after that date he would only be required to serve a four game suspension.
