With the second wave of free agency set to begin, the Dolphins may be looking to shore up a couple of "weak" positions. Some players, such as former Chicago Bears cornerback R.W. McQuarters, have already become cap casualties. McQuarters has reportedly drawn interest from the Miami Dolphins and is expected to come in for a visit with team officials in Davie.

Several veteran tackles are expected to become available as well when June 1st rolls around. Among the names that have been mentioned are Kyle Turley and Todd Steussie. Turley is coming off an injury-riddled season. Back problems forced him to miss the entire 04' season. Steussie is coming off a horrible season and is battling steroid allegations. The 12 year veteran might still have a good year left in him.

I'm hoping that the Miami Dolphins secure a legitimate kick-returning threat in this second wave of free agency. The previously mentioned R.W. McQuarters could fill that void as well as stepping into a starting cornerback roll. However, he might be a bit to expensive for the cap-conscious Miami Dolphins.
