The Miami Dolphins seek 6 project support employees from July - December 2005 to perform all duties relating to the sale and renewal of Miami Dolphins Season and Group tickets for the Sales & Marketing department.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and sell available Season Ticket inventory
- Sale and renewal of Miami Dolphins Group Tickets
- Maintain active role in renewal of all Miami Dolphins season ticket accounts.

Other Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain updated, concise weekly sales reports for Miami Dolphins season tickets and group tickets.
- Maintain high level of customer service to appointed existing and new clients of the Miami Dolphins.
- Develop and maintain updated concise weekly reports on service of existing clients.
- Work closely with Ticket Operations to insure efficient quality servicing of accounts including, but not limited to ticket distribution, complaints, suggestions, etc.
- Involvement in game day activities, promotions, and sales for all events.
- Represent organization at various networking and/or special events
- Facilitate special projects as assigned.
- Additional related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidates are college students seeking a degree and career in Sports Management or recent graduates with some sales experience who want a career in ticket sales.
