Eagles come to terms with third-round pick Smith

The Eagles signed their third-round pick, OLB Bryan Smith, to a four-year contract, the club announced Tuesday.

This means Philadelphia has signed every Day 2 player it drafted in April. Remaining for the Eagles are their two second-round picks, DT Trevor Laws and WR DeSean Jackson.
