Philadelphia signed second-round wide receiver DeSean Jackson to a four-year contract Sunday, the team announced.

Rookies report to Eagles training camp July 21, and Philadelphia has nine of its 10 draft picks under contract. Only second-round defensive tackle Trevor Laws remains unsigned.
