PHILADELPHIA EAGLES, LLC are looking for an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW: The Philadelphia Eagles, under its current leadership, have quickly become known as one of the more aggressive and progressive organizations in professional sports. It is an organization succeeding on many fronts.

After three consecutive NFC East Division titles and appearances in the NFC Championship Game, the 2004 season culminated in a Championship win and an opportunity to play in Super Bowl XXXIX.

The executive offices of the Eagles' organization are located in the NovaCare Complex. This spectacular 108,000-square-foot-facility offers the very best in terms of space, amenities, care, and effort put forth for the players, coaches and staff of the Eagles' organization. The development of this Complex, integrated with a partner, was unique in its approach and has become a model for other teams.

The Eagles have successfully opened their new state of the art stadium - Lincoln Financial Field. This stadium is managed and operated by the club, creating new opportunities and challenges for the organization.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: The Assistant Director, Ticket Operations will report to Director, Ticket Operations of the Philadelphia Eagles. The Assistant Director will exercise supervision over Ticket Operations Coordinators and interns.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversee Ticket Operations Coordinators, scheduling and work distribution.

· Schedule game day, event staff and interns accordingly.

· Manage inventory for events, release when necessary, check for proper holds and prices.

· Work with Ticketmaster to set up non-Eagles events for outlet sales. Proof for proper dates, teams, pricing and discounts.

· Organize Stadium Box Office for Events, including computer equipment, ticket stock, signage, and staffing.

· Represent LFF Ticket Office at non-Eagle event meetings with promoters.

· Prepare settlements for all Non-Eagles events.

· Assist with Eagles settlements.

· Produce reports by event for on sales, comps, accessible seating, etc.

· Process Comp requests and in house sales.

· Process Visiting Team returns.

· Collaborate on Season Ticket proofs and Ticket Stock.

· Order Parking Passes, Individual event stock and invoice stock.

· Oversee fulfillment of non-Eagles event tickets.

· Process commission reports for Premium and Group Sales.

· Verify and Approve refund requests.

· Make sure ticket and payment processing is done in an efficient and timely manner, with no errors.

· Assist with end of season clean up and new season renewal in ticket system.

· Assist with reminder calls/emails, default letters, cancellations.

· Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field to resolve guest issues including, Will Call problems, Reprint Requests, Duplicate ticket issues, Bar Code problems, etc. Assist with overseeing event staff.

QUALIFICATIONS · College diploma or equivalent · 5 years related experience – Ticket Systems and Management Required · Management experience · Ability to communicate well with others · Computer knowledge of MS Office package · Intense desire to work in sports field.
