By now, we've all had enough Terrell Owens news last us for the rest of the season, culminating with the much publicized blowup between him and Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid and the subsequent media encounter at Owens' home in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Before this latest episode in the Terrell Owens saga, the star receiver has threatened to hold out, taken cheap shots at Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb , attempted to leave the team to play summer league basketball with the Sacramento Kings, openly campaigned for a trade to the Atlanta Falcons, and dared the team to release him outright.

Philadelphia Eagles team president Joe Banner has been adamant in his stance that the team will not renegotiate Owens' current deal, nor seek out a trade to rid themselves of the controversial star. However, this latest disagreement begs the question, who would want to acquire the headache known as T.O. ?

Oakland Raiders: The most likely candidate to take on any bad boy have no need for Owens, considering they already posses two of the best receivers in the game, Jerry Porter and Randy Moss. Some media outlets reported recently about a possible Porter for Owens deal, but that turned out to be hogwash. The Oakland Raiders don't have the kind of money Owens wants, and with Moss already there for the long haul there's just no need for such a trade.

Atlanta Falcons: Terrell Owens stated in a radio interview that he'd like the Philadelphia Eagles to seek a trade that would send him to his hometown Atlanta Falcons. This will not happen either because the Falcons find themselves in the same salary cap boat as most NFL Franchises. They would have to either back load the deal, or have Owens earn his money through performance bonuses. You know T.O.'s not having any of that; he's gotta get paid upfront. Besides, Falcons general manager has shot down those rumors immediately; he's no fool. McKay has built a nice little team in a short time in Atlanta, and he's too smart to take a chance like this.

Dallas Cowboys: Wouldn't it be a coup for Cowboys owner Jerry Jones if he could somehow snare one of the top receivers in the league away from their division rival? One big problem standing in the way is his head coach, Bill Parcells. Also, it's highly unlikely the Eagles would want to deal Owens to a team they have to play twice a year. I also doubt that Cowboys fans will be quick to forgive and forget the times Owens went out of his way to show up Dallas by spiking the ball on the Cowboys' star.

Baltimore Ravens: While we're discussing burning bridges, I may as well give a quick mention to the team that Owens refused to be traded to after his former agent forgot to file the proper paperwork to make him a free agent. Could you see T.O. and Ray Lewis breaking bread together in the near future? Didn't think so.

Jacksonville Jaguars: It's no secret that the Jacksonville Jaguars would do themselves well to upgrade at wide receiver, especially if second year man Reggie Williams doesn't progress from a very disappointing rookie season. It's doubtful that head coach Jack Del Rio would want to take on this situation. Jacksonville has built a strong, young nucleus and may be one good receiver away from contending for a Super Bowl, but why risk the whole franchise on a guy who has shown himself to be selfish. Del Rio preaches the team concept, Terrell Owens doesn't buy into the no "I" in team notion.

Any other takers?
