Falcons sign fifth-round pick Biermann

The Falcons signed fifth-round linebacker Kroy Biermann to a four-year deal Thursday, the team announced.

Biermann had 220 career tackles and 32 sacks in 52 games at the University of Montana. He was the Big Sky Conference Defensive MVP in 2007, his senior season. The Falcons now have eight of their 11 drafted players signed.
