To all Tom Brady fantasy owners who fear their season is ruined now that he's through: There are still quarterbacks available who could save your season and help you lose those Brady blues. Head over to the free-agent wire and see if any of these guys are available ...

Jon Kitna - Detroit Lions

Kitna threw for more than 4,000 yards in each of his last two seasons, demonstrating plenty of ability to rack up stats. While Kitna also tossed a combined 42 picks in that same time frame, Brady owners aren't in position to be choosy. Kitna has excellent targets in Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson, and even though Mike Martz's pass-it-far-and-often strategy has moved on to San Francisco, there are a lot of so-called better quarterbacks out there who will produce worse fantasy stats. In Week 1's loss to Atlanta, Kitna threw for an impressive 262 yards and two TDs.

Aaron Rodgers - Green Bay Packers

If Monday night was any indication, Rodgers has what it takes to be a longtime starter in Green Bay. Rodgers is a smart QB who can limit mistakes, evidenced by his 80-plus percent completion rate, two total touchdowns and zero turnovers in Week 1, and if he can consistently put up similar numbers, he'll finish the season as a top-15 fantasy quarterback.

Chad Pennington - Miami Dolphins

Even though we're talking about the Dolphins, Pennington's veteran skills can help out your fantasy squad. In a Week 1 defeat against his ex-team, the Jets, Pennington accumulated 251 yards and two TDs. While he may not make winners out of the fish, Pennington should be able to aid in your quest to pile up fantasy wins.

Matt Cassel - New England Patriots

No one expected Tom Brady, the 199th pick of the 2000 draft, to become an NFL icon. Similarly, no one is expecting Cassel -- a former backup to Matt Leinart at USC who hasn't started a game since high school -- to become the next Brady. But Cassel has great size (6-foot-4, 230 pounds), a strong arm and Randy Moss and Wes Welker as his main targets. Take a chance with Cassel, then tell everyone when you win your fantasy league that you have Brady's rickety knee to thank.
